At the Wireless Power Transfer Conference and Expo, the REMPOWER project showcases a novel measurement setup for evaluating diode rectification performance at mm-wave frequencies. By using tuners to optimize input and output impedance, the study demonstrates significant improvements in the measurement time of rectification efficiency, paving the way for future high-frequency energy rectification systems consisting of many individual devices. These results mark a pivotal step toward scalability for next-generation renewable energy solutions.
